The very best Healthcare/Doctor experience I’ve ever had! The Doctor listened and genuinely seemed interested in my current and future health. He appeared to be intelligent and up to date with the most current medical practices. The nurse and the staff behind the desk were kind and thoughtful. The office was clean and comfortable. If you can get an appointment, go!

Staff seem very nice. Place is small, my husband had a roommate which was fine. Also close to the hospital if needed. I noticed place was clean and did not smell of urine. My husband there for physical therapy . Thank you

The staff is always friendly and happy. However every time I go there my mom is by herself, and has No water cup with her. We provided a water bottle for her but it always goes missing. The top and straw is in her nightstand draw but the actual bottle is gone.

Staff is great however Administration does not support staff. Patient /residnet. Makes inappropriate remarks to staff and visitors. With zero response from administration. Patient sharing room with my father was allowed to continuously steal and hoard belongings from other patients as well as the facility. I walked my father out for some fresh air, and within minutes his belongings were stolen and stashed in the closet of a different resident. This same patient makes inappropriate mouth and finger gestures to my 3 year old daughter. And wheb I confronted the man about all of this i was kicked out . I was then told to file a formal complaint over the phone Cleary because they dont want a paper trail. They also could not provide me with a grievance form. The nurses have repeatedly complained abd administration does nothing .

My family and I are very pleased with the care that this facility has provided to our loved one who can no longer care for herself. Debra, the Director of Admissions is fantastic. She is a caring professional who made the admissions process smooth and stress free. We are also very pleased with the nursing staff, the Social Worker, the recreation staff and the Dietitian and food service. All are very caring people and excellent at communicating with us. The facility is very clean. So pleased we found Sharon Health Care Center.
