I’ve used SEV’s services over the past year and a half for both of my senior parents, most recently after a hospital discharge. Their care providers are truly exceptional—we specifically asked for the same team again because they’ve become like family to us. Navigating care for two parents at once felt overwhelming, but SEV was recommended after my father's first hospital stay, and we’ve turned to them multiple times since. Aide Maria, Nurse Pauline, and PT Gary (and Rachael previously), are absolute standouts—professional, compassionate, and reliable. There were a few others from previous times that I don't have the names for, but all were great. They've helped us navigate through some serious health challenges - times when we have called them in emergency, and they provided swift and clear guidance, showed up when we needed them. They were truly part of the reason why my parents, especially my Father, are still mobile and doing well. The only challenge was coordinating multiple services at once, but with that many great providers involved, it’s understandable. Highly recommend SEV for anyone seeking quality in-home care.
