I wouldn’t even give one star. My son was who is profoundly disabled was stole from, neglected of food and cleanliness. And suffered a broken tibia. I went to visit my son and there was no staff there, he left “to go get something to eat.” My son’s tibia was broken and of course noone knew anything. His belongings were stolen, his clothes, personal hygiene products, and even his food and drinks I would bring for him. I went to visit this day and a staff member was eating in front of him, this was 730pm and my son had not had anything to eat. If you try to advocate for your child with these people and help them to understand your loved one bc you know them better than anyone, you are being “abrasive.” The house manager was eventually removed from his home after I had to get police involved. This agency was like my worst nightmare come true, be very careful, they don’t have compassion or empathy for those who can’t speak up or defend themselves.
