I DO NOT recommend this company . I filled out paperwork last year in December and paid $180.00 for a class . I never got the class or even worked for this company . So I basically paid $180.00 for an interview. Ivette does not take my calls ,unless I call from another number. I've been trying to get my monry back since last December. I am not the only person that this has happen to. Very unprofessional ! I wish I could give it a negative star !!

We are on our second week of service and serenity has gone above and beyond for me and my mother. Our place isn't in the best condition, and we've had aides from other services really look down on us and quit after a day or two because of it even though we've been working to get everything repaired. Not only has the aide been very understanding but also the management went above and beyond to help us replace some furniture with something that is actually usable by my disabled mother. I feel safe now taking care of some things away from the house now that there is someone so dependable and diligent staying home with my mother.

I highly recommend not dealing with this place. My family has been through two aides through this company and both of them quit after lying against us. Both complained our house was a disaster, which it isn’t. Our kitchen is currently under construction, hence the slight mess. Our last home health aide constantly blamed our dog on everything, claiming she got a rash from her and that our dog was not trained. Our dog is very well trained.

When the health care aids actually show up, (and this is about only 50% of the time) They are pretty good. But don’t rely on this company for daily use as you will be left high and dry without notice, phone call, text. If your ability to go to work is predicated on an aid being reliable, don’t hire this company. You may find yourself on unemployment, and loved one in a nursing home.
