Serenity Haven at Mossy Oaks has exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we walked in, Carl, and Noe welcomed with us kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. The staff truly treat every resident like family and go above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and well cared for. The home is beautiful on a quiet street, clean, and has a warm, inviting atmosphere with an open living/kitchen area. It's clear that the caregivers take pride in providing personalized attention, and the communication with families is outstanding. Knowing our loved one is in such caring hands gives us tremendous peace of mind. If you're looking for an assisted living home where compassion, dignity, and quality care come first, I highly recommend Serenity Haven at Mossy Oaks. It's a place where residents are truly valued and cared for every day.

I chose Serinity Haven because I was so impressed with the Staff, and how immaculate the facility was maintained. I can't say enough about the level of care my Mom received during her 7 day respite stay. She did not want to leave! Carl, your Staff is simply amazing!! I look forward to using Serenity Haven in the future. A heartfelt thank you to Tramica, Keisha, Winefreda, and Alex! You are the backbone to the success of Serenity Haven!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Carl and Noe and their wonderful staff. My mom had some complex medical needs and no one else around would take her after a hospital discharge. Serenity took her under their wings helped me get her back on her feet and back home and I couldn’t thank them enough For the love and care that they invested in my mom.

Finding the right place for my dad was something that I honestly wasn’t prepared for and didn’t quite know how to navigate. I wanted somewhere that truly felt like home, a place where he would receive the individual attention, compassion, and care he deserved. From the moment we found Serenity Haven at Mossy Oaks, I knew we had found something special. The staff there is absolutely incredible. They go above and beyond the call of duty every single day, not only caring for the residents but just genuinely hanging out with them and being their friend. Their kindness, patience, and genuine love for what they do shines through in everything. My dad is comfortable, cared for, and treated with dignity and respect, and that means the world. The environment is warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home rather than a facility. I honestly don’t know what I would do without them. I am beyond grateful for the peace of mind and comfort Serenity Haven has given our family. Thank you all for everything you do!

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion this assisted living facility provided to my elderly parents. From the very beginning, the staff treated them with kindness, patience, and genuine respect. It gave us great peace of mind knowing they were in a safe, clean, and welcoming environment where they were truly cared for like family. The caregivers and nurses always went above and beyond to make sure my parents were comfortable, happy, and well looked after. Communication with our family was excellent, and it was clear that the staff genuinely cared about the residents’ well-being. Thank you to everyone at the facility for the love, support, and dignity you showed my parents during their time there. I would highly recommend this place to any family looking for compassionate care for their loved ones.
