Serenity Empire Sweetwater just did the most welcoming event I have seen for a new resident. The difficulty imposed by rehab pushed our family to edge, but Serenity kept us all on track! To see this resident finally move into his new home was a very special moment. A huge thank you to Stacey and the whole team for making this resident feel seen and heard was beyond 5 stars!

I was looking for a assisted living community for a friend and I was really disappointed with what I was seeing until I walked in Serenity Empire.The staff was very helpful and friendly.My appointment that day was with Stacey, by the time we finished the tour I was completely sold on this being where I wanted my friend to come to.The facility is very clean, smells great and is beautiful. Stacey was very helpful in me choosing Serenity Empire she was very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and very nice. I would recommend this establishment to all my friends and family. Ronny Dixon

My sister and I had the pleasure of speaking with him as we searched for senior care for our mother, and his support was truly exceptional. Stephen stayed in communication with us throughout the day, guiding us step by step through the process and ensuring we had everything we needed—especially during a time when our timeline was extremely tight. He went above and beyond the call of duty, and it’s clear he genuinely loves his work and cares deeply about helping families care for their loved ones. They are short staffed. The telephone system that is supplied which is run through the Internet does not work, which is a liability for the Residents. It is a liability for anyone paying those expensive prices. There is no staff on the evening shift. The food is so salty you can only imagine what it does to the residents health
