Justin was very very helpful in answering many of my questions. Helping me through an ordeal with assisted living. Gave very good advice. Very helpful with resolving an issue. Smoothly guided me through everything I needed to do to handle a particular situation. I found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for assisted living. I am glad I found them.

Justin has been nothing short of amazing. He made the process very easy when it came to moving our family member Nene from her independent living to her new care home. He made sure to check in daily to update our family with information and to ask if there was any new questions or concerns that we had. He was extremely hands on and made sure that everything was in order and nothing fell through the cracks. To top things off when it came to the actual moving day Justin came to help load up the Uhual with his lovely family. They took time out of their Saturday to come and help our family. This company is very fortunate to have such an amazing person like Justin as part of their team.

Justin is an Angel! My sister in law was at a senior care home and was neglected. The house was not prepared to meet my sisters physical handicaps in 12 days she lost a total of 5lbs. I called a number and Justin asked how he could help me and within 20 minutes he said he could help. He found my sister a place and we moved in the next day. I was so happy and the new place is just what she needed. She walked into the bedroom and had the biggest smile on her face. She was bathed the next day and the care was like night and day. If your mom or loved one needs a place Justin is the one to call. Highly recommend this business. This was a total God thing and we are so grateful.

Before I found Justin, I used another placement adviser to move my parent’s into a facility in Dec 2017. Three month later, my dad, who has dementia, deteriorated significantly, so I needed to find another option for his care. I live out-of-state, so I wasn’t sure where to turn for help. Thankfully, a health care professional referred me to Justin, and he proved to be an absolute godsend!!! I thought the first placement adviser I used was good, but there was no comparison between her service and the top-notch service I got from Justin. His expertise in navigating all the issues involved in dealing with elderly parents proved to be priceless. He truly wants to find the best possible placement for your loved one and for your budget. He communicates frequently. He listens carefully to understand your needs. He is honest. He toured groups homes for me, but was honest in saying they weren’t the right fit for my Dad, so he kept looking until he found the right placement, and his recommendation proved to be spot-on. After getting my Dad settled, I needed to find an independent living facility for my mom. Justin could’ve recommended a facility where he would receive a referral fee for his services, but instead he recommended a wonderful non-profit facility he knew my mom would thrive in even though he didn't receive any compensation for the referral. This speaks volumes not only about his integrity but about the fact that he cares. He is the best! I trust Justin, and I give him my highest recommendation.
