Chanse at Senior Solutions went above and beyond what I could have imagined he would do in helping me to find the best options for our situation in placing my mom in assisted living.<br><br>He had all the knowledge of each place and therefore I didn't have to go all around or call around to find out what options were available.<br><br>Once we found a place, he didn't just disappear. He helped move her in and found some extra furniture she was in need of at no cost. And, he's still offering to help with any issues that have risen since moving in.<br><br>I am so grateful and feel blessed to have had his help. I don't know how I would have done this without him. He helped to keep the stress out of this stressful situation.

When seniors and their families need help finding the right placement, they truly go above and beyond.<br><br>Chanse, the CEO, is incredibly responsive and genuinely cares about the seniors and families he serves. He moves quickly to help, will pick seniors up and take them on tours, and even goes the extra mile to help them move into their new home. That level of personal service is hard to find.<br><br>One experience really says it all. We had a client who needed placement, but they also had a cat that needed a home. Chanse was even willing to personally take the cat and help find placement for it, despite the fact that his wife is allergic to cats. That tells you everything you need to know about the kind of heart he has and how seriously he takes helping his clients.<br><br>If you or your family needs help finding the right senior living or care placement, Senior Solutions and Chanse would be my #1 choice in the Idaho Falls area. They don’t just help seniors find a place—they genuinely care about helping them through the entire transition. Highly recommend! ❤️

I can't say enough about Chanse and the others at Senior Solutions. He deeply understood all of our family's concerns and fears about making this move. From meeting with us promptly at the start to visiting my mom many times at her new home, his support has been endless. He even went above and beyond by providing her with a walker! They are so willing to help with every step of the process. He still checks in with us often, showing that he truly cares about his clients. Highly recommended! 5+++ Stars!!
