First caregiver was a bad fit for my husband. The next caregiver said she was available and flexible, then took another job and we left in the lurch. They said they had another and she would meet me at 1:00. I was going on a short vacation so it was very important to me. She never showed and when I called to see what happens I was told she cancelled. "No available backup!" 😫 Avoid these people if reliability and flexibility is important to you!!!
