It's a nice place to live and very affordable for seniors living on a fixed-income. The people are friendly and sociable.

I visited this senior living building a few days ago. I have a few clients in the building. Every time I go the building looks neat and clean. The shared areas are kept up as well from what I have seen. The apartments I've seen are nice and a good size for a senior. The size is manageable and easy to clean for a healthy person who is able to get around. These are apartments so the person would need to be able to function independently or with the help of family/friends OR a home health care aide. My clients have not told me anything bad about living in the building so far. I've seen management in the office the times I have visited. I've also seen signs posted and a calendar of monthly happenings and activities. Approaching the building do keep in mind to be aware of your surroundings as this building is not located in the safest of neighborhoods. I've never had any issues anytime I've visited. But be mindful. This apartment building does have locked and secure entry with a dial up box upon entering. You will need to call who you're visiting and be buzzed in for entry. Overall this is a nice secure building for anyone that's a senior or disabled, but they do for the most part have to be independent. This building is wheelchair accessible and offers secure parking in a rear parking lot and around the building on the street. #Tonetta
