Stay far away from this place they do not help you they take from the government $6,000 a month they're way overpriced they don't listen to you when you tell them that you're sick and you're having problems I passed out a year ago broke my ankle due to a heart issue the hard issue has been documented in Johnstown Hospital because they failed to give me an EKG and instead they canceled with no alternate date now they threatened to cancel my membership because I told him what I thought about them as far as I'm concerned they take your money and let you die I have to sit at home with chest pains irregular heartbeat and wonder if I'm going to be here tomorrow they I called them several times or more with no response after no responses I did get one call it said seniors but no message so I don't know who called I'm afraid they're going to cancel me but if they do be it if they can help me then there's no sense for me to stay with him anyway probably be looking into a lawyer everybody else that reads this stay far far away they're good they'll tell you everything they promise you everything but forget it you won't get it they keep costs down by not giving you anything and you can tell them over and over again a nurse comes out twice a month maybe one time a month and you just wasting your time and when I asked them every month for pain medication cuz I have severe issues with my back and hip they asked me why and this is a repeated thing how do you forget when you come out once or twice a month and you keep asking why

Horrible place, they don’t treat their employees right nor their patients, I’ve seen the reviews, you’ve seen the reviews. They are mismanaged and a pain to families. I highly recommend going somewhere else other than this company. Your parents or grandparents brought you into this loving world and took care of you. Do right by them and take them to a facility that ACTUALLY cares.

They forced my dad into a "rehab" location called the Gardens at Camp hill more than an hour from where we live. They abused him there and Senior LIFE refused to help. They billed me over $1100 a month for that place. He passed away there on the 15th and they still billed us for the entire month. I paid for 1/2 of the month. The last check they were sent was withdrawn from the account but they said it was declined. This company is a scam and should be shut down.
