I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE STAFF AT SENIOR HELPERS, THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL AND MOST OF THE CNAs ARE SELF MOTIVATED AND DO NOT NEED DIRECTION, AS TO WHAT THEY NEED TO DO! I AM VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL OF THE ASSISTANCE I RECEIVE FROM THE STAFF, THEY HAVE NEVER ALLOWED ME TO GO WITHOUT ANY HELP, AS I'M TOTALLY DEPENDENT UPON THE CNAs TO GET ME BREAKFAST, WASHED AND DRESSED AND INTO MY WHEELCHAIR, BY HOYER, AND BACK TO BED AFTER DINNER, BY HOYER AND WASHED AND DRESSED FOR THE NIGHT ! GOOD NIGHT AND GOD BLESS YOU 🙏❤️😇

I'm very disappointed in seeing your help is in the way they treat their stuff. If I didn't love my aide so much I would go with another agency immediately.

Unfortunately they were unable to provide the care my parents needed. Horrible communication with owner. Poor oversight of their employees. Horrible process to contact someone on the weekends. When Covid hit our house, they disappeared. Had to hire another agency.

We worked with Senior Helpers to care for a family member with Alzheimer’s Disease. We started with using them for light part time help a few days a week, and ultimately transitioned to full-time live-in care. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the people who worked with us. Such caring and loving staff! Indeed, I’ll miss having the caregivers in our lives. They became very close to our family, which made their relationship with us much more than an arms’-length professional one. I would not have any concerns about recommending this company to my friends, and I have done so already.
