Rude disrespectful they discriminating against people with disabilities due to having service dogs is unreasonable to not help when they could be working with the client for the dogs to be in a cage or outside when they would come to help clean this is unreasonable reason to not help someone that clearly needs the help

Senior Helpers were a God-Breeze when we needed help for my parents in the Greensburg Area. The care and concern the helpers and the staff in the office provided was excellent.

Highly recommended! There are lots of places to choose from to get senior care. One decision I made early on was that I didn’t want to hire someone on my own and have to worry about if they couldn’t make it. Being out of state and eventually moving near by, I am glad we choose This Senior Helpers place owned by the Trents. From Tom coming the first day to understand my situation told me they cared about my personal situation! The first person didn’t work out but the second one was perfect for my very demanding mother. I had them in for 3 days for three hours, enough to help out my mom as she needed. Even after they moved into the independent living and then personal care , we kept up the level of support because it was needed. I live in Murrysville area and I chose the one in this greensburg one and so glad we did! Consider them for your parents. I wouldn’t write this long of a review if it wasn’t a solid business!

When we needed to find someone to help assist during the week for my 89 year old mother, senior helpers was a god send. I contacted several agencies but senior helpers was the most responsive and flexible. They did an assessment of needs and provided a variety of options. We’ve been using one of their care givers now for 5 months and could be more pleased. Mom loves the company and we like knowing someone is there everyday to check in and make sure she’ takes her meds, gets a good lunch, and has some company to keep her active.
