Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and compassion provided by Senior Helpers during a critical time. With only a two-day notice, they arranged 24/7 Live-In care for my mother, offering us immediate support when we needed it most. Pete, the owner, met us at the hospital the day after we reached out. He took the time to get to know my mother personally, spending time with us, and offering a sense of relief and reassurance during a very stressful time. His presence and kindness truly made a difference. The in-home care provided by Mary and Margaret was outstanding. My mother felt safe, pampered, and cared for, which brought our family immense peace of mind. The level of care they provided was exceptional. When my mother transitioned to Hospice Care, sooner than we anticipated, Pete handled everything with compassion and understanding. He also ensured that unused funds were refunded promptly, which we greatly appreciated. Our experience with Senior Helpers was top-notch. Their service is invaluable, and they filled a crucial need for our family during a difficult time. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of in-home care for a loved one.

Senior Helpers has been a wonderful resource allowing me to spend the time I need to qualify for long term care at my home. Their employees do a great job both those in the office and those coming to my home on a weekly basis. Be sure to contact Senior Helpers before you hire home health care assistance. You will be happy with the employees both in terms of in home staff and those in the main office. They are great.

Im really glad that a friend referred me to Senior Helpers. I’ve been using them for over a year now and am so pleased with their service. If you explain exactly the type of personality you are looking for in a caregiver, they do their best to provide someone who matches your request. As with any agency, you may have to go through a few caregivers to find the right one. The owner, Pete is wonderful as is Connie the office manager. So glad I found Senior Helpers!

Senior Helpers came to my rescue when I didn't know what to do for home care. It was seamless how they knew my needs and fulfilled my requirements. Everyone was so friendly from the "in-office" scheduling, to the actual care - they all gave more than 100% and the care-givers became part of the family. First class service. I recommend them highly.

I want to thank Pete Jelinek and his staff of incredible care-givers - Nadia, George, Patrick, Mia, Roddy and James. When we needed help, Pete sent someone out to our home within a couple of hours, when we needed to increase the help to 24 hrs/day, he made the schedule work so we were always cared for and felt safe. I can't say enough good things about Senior Helpers. We are recovering and need less and less help but we know where to go when we need help again. Thanks so much!
