My brother is not being taken care of properly. Left alone, has pneumonia, and has had it three times since he’s been there in the last four or five months. His legs look like purple sticks, he is not getting his legs rubbed for him, and he is very weak Please! If you care about your elderly loved ones, don’t stick them in this place. They are understaffed and don’t seem to have any compassion for the patients.And, his clothes are being stolen! He has fallen 3 times, and broke bones 🤬😭

They didn’t take care of my mom right they leave her all day without changing her diaper and sometimes she would not get her medications and when she left she left she had a very bad rash

Seacrest took the best care of my Mom through the last years of her life after she went through 2 strokes. Later her Sister, my Aunt , went through heart issues and a fall. We got her to Seacrest where she received loving and dedicated care. They helped her get to the point where she was able to have a fresh start with assisted living care. All the people at Seacrest have been a Wonderful help to me and my whole family. Thank you Seacrest!

UPDATE 9/16/25 - I needed to update my review. After I posted my initial review, within a few days, my aunt was not supervised, fell out of bed, hit her head on the ceramic floor and was hospitalized. She had a brain bleed. Despite all great medical care at the hospital, she passed away from her injuries on 4/10/2023. I hold Seacrest responsible for their lack of staff and monitoring of care. Staff was aware of her fall risk and her wanting to get up when unsupervised. ----‐------------------------------- After my aunt needed a place to rehab, she was admitted to Seacrest. No place is perfect. I can tell you that every one I met and staff I visually saw taking care of residents, were kind, loving, patient, endearing to everyone they were helping. Even the administrator and support staff were welcoming. After spending 5 hours there watching the intake assessment, I felt secure enough that I could return home to Arizona and manage her care from there. I highly recommend this place.

My dad is here for rehab, and the care he gets is absolutely wonderful! He came in not being able to walk, and now he is walked more than 20ft and is nearly ready to come home. The rehab staff is fantastic, as well as the other nurses and the office workers. Everyone I've met is kind and hospitable.
