Dirty, terrible food, most of the staff are rude or dismissive. My mother is miserable there and she feel 5 times in 2 months, each requiring a trip to the hospital by ambulance and even spells in her head. They were all related to her need being broken. One staff member went do far as to tell my mother that they would fix it when she lost another 100lbs! Of you have the resources, please choose any place but here.
