Describing of all aspects of my home at Seabranch would be Awesome! When I arrived I was a body with a heartbeat. But with professional care given, I was brought back mentally, emotionally and almost all physically. I say that because I have Severe Peripheral Neuropathy which has attacked my ability to walk on my own. But the confidence of keeping the faith and trusting my Therapists, CNA's, especially Guirlene Leroy, Nurses, Admin Gladys Christopher, Eagle Fan, Go Birds ! and so many others, I was able to move on to assisted living. I am forever grateful for all at Seabranch!

The care was excellent. My aunt had been in three rehabilitation facilities prior to coming here, and this was by far our best experience. I never had to worry about whether she was being bathed, if her bedding was being changed and washed, or if she was receiving her therapy sessions. The staff consistently provided attentive and compassionate care. We are truly grateful for the services they provided to our loved one and would not hesitate to use this facility again in the future.

My husband stayed at Seabranch. For well over a month. There were several different people caring for him daily. They ranged from Rns, CNAs and Tecks. He had PT daily. They didn’t let him say not today! All over the facility was cheerful, friendly and clean.

This is the worst facility i have ever walked into. From the front desk to the Doctors are straight terrible. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and nasty to the visitors & patients. My mother in law was transported to this facility from the hospital and we called my mother in law to check up on her and I hear nurse practitioner saying they were going to have to send her back to hospital because her oxygen was at 80% i got on the phone with the nurse practitioner and asked what is her oxygen litter set to? She responds with a 2. I told her she needs to be at 5 litters she was 5 at the hospital for the last three weeks. Nurse practitioner said hospital sent paper work saying she was at a 2. Therefore I call hospital to make sure they sent over the correct paperwork and find out they did send the correct paperwork. When I called back to speak to nurse practitioner to tell her the hospital sent documents stating she needs to be at 5 litters the nurse practitioner was rude, disrespectful, wouldnt let me say one word. Then put me on hold where no one ever came back to the phone. I called back and got someone at the nurses station and I am obviously frustrated and started to get all the information out to make sure my mother in law was getting the correct care and the lady tells me to take a breath and proceeds to tell me I wouldnt let the nurse practitioner speak. I was so mind blown when it was the opposite. Everytime I call to check k in on my mother in law I get call back were busy, or we dont know. One CNA told my mother in law she cant keep coming in the room to clean her butt if she is going to poop every 30 minutes. My mother in law was so scared to eat or drink because she was afraid she would poop herself. She let my mother in law sit in her poop for over an hour. She is supposed to be in here for physical therapy but cant get a call on how she is doing, what they are working on. I could go on and on about this place. I have nothing good to say and do not recommend.
