I just wanted to take a moment to thank the entire Sante of Chandler staff for the excellent care they provided my mom during the five weeks she was there. After a difficult experience at another skilled nursing facility five years ago, we were understandably nervous. But from the very beginning, the team at Sante put us at ease. The staff was consistently kind, attentive, and professional — and her case manager, Arvin Belmonte, deserves special recognition. He kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions, communicated proactively, and even helped us file two successful Medicare appeals when she wasn’t quite ready to return home. His support made a huge difference for our family. No skilled nursing facility is perfect, but I can honestly say I highly recommend this one. Their compassion and dedication meant a lot to us.

I was apprehensive about going to a rehab facility after being released from the hospital but from the moment I arrived I felt welcomed. My room was like a first class hotel and the food was excellent! I had a serious accident and thought I would be there for at least a month, maybe 2 but I was released in only 17 days. The only reason for my quick recovery was due to the excellent physical, occupational and speech therapists and the constant attention of the, RN's, the doctors, the CNA's, andmycase Manager and so many others behind the scene. I would like to personally thank them all but there were so many. Anyway, I would like to personally mention some of the following people who were such a key to my recovery: Kathy and Maggie, physical therapy, Lacy and Janessa, Occupational therapy, Desire, speech therapy, Jaycee, LPN , Tatiana LPN Athena, LPN, Sharon, LPN, Ana, LPN, Obdulia, CNA, Chrstina, CNA, Nicole, Case Manager and Girlie, Care Management Assistant. I could go on and on Finally, I would highly recommend Sante of Chandler and couldn't have been more pleased with my stay there. Seriously, I almost didn't want to leave! I had a great experience working with the team at Sante of Chandler. The case management team in particular went above and beyond to provide excellent communication, coordination, and support throughout the process. Arvin, Nikole, Girlie, and Luisa were all incredibly professional, responsive, and compassionate. Their teamwork and dedication truly made a difference and helped ensure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated how proactive and patient they were, always taking the time to address concerns and keep everyone informed. Highly recommend Sante of Chandler and their outstanding case management team.

We would like to sincerely thank Hector Pagan, Culinary Director at Santé of Chandler,for the exceptional care and kindness shown to my mother during her stay. She has special dietary needs and follows a vegetarian diet, and he always made sure she had thoughtful, delicious meals prepared with genuine care and attention, wholeheartedly and with compassion. His kindness brought comfort to my mother and gave our family great peace of mind. It is wonderful to see someone who truly cares about the well-being of the patients he serves every day. Want to also recognize Yessenia Salazar who took time to make sure my mother was taken care of. She was kind and caring to all patients always. Smiling and bringing cheer in the dinning hall. Thank you for going above and beyond — your efforts are deeply appreciated and will always be remembered.

Posting this for my mom. I wanted to take a few minutes to acknowledge the exceptional care I received, particularly from Carolyn in wound care. She was truly unbelievable. When there were questions about a procedure the surgeon recommended and what would be best for me, she proactively contacted the surgeon to ensure everyone was aligned before my discharge. When home health care could not be arranged in a timely manner, Carolyn went above and beyond by coming to see me on her own time to make sure my wound was properly cleaned and rebandaged. Her dedication, empathy, and compassion are truly unmatched. I would also like to recognize Barb from the wound care team. She took incredible care to minimize the pain I experienced during bandage changes and took the time to talk with me when I was feeling hopeless and questioning my treatment path. Her kindness meant more than she’ll ever know. The RNs who cared for me, Alice, Smita, Cliff, and Francis, were consistently compassionate and attentive. Thank you as well to the CNAs Hannah, Vanessa, Carissa, and Marco for the excellent care you provided from the very beginning. I am also deeply grateful to the physical and occupational therapy team Nicole, Albert, Tammy, and Madeleine. I truly don’t think I would have made it without your support and encouragement. Finally, thank you to Josh and Ryan for keeping morale high in the gym, especially Josh for dressing up for New Year’s and Polka Dot Day. Those moments brought much needed joy. I am so thankful to all of you. Much love and appreciation to the entire team. Linda Pratt
