Excellent care and attention for patients. The nursing staff is always kind, professional, and attentive to the residents’ needs. The facility is clean, organized, and maintains great communication with families. You can truly see the dedication and compassion the team provides every day to create a safe and supportive environment. Very grateful for the quality of care and the human kindness shown by everyone. Highly recommended.

sands is a excellent facility nestled in Miami Beach just 3 blocks from beach & park. Staff is professional. Services are dependable & efficient. Nursing delivers top rate service.

B My aunt recently stayed at Nursing Home The Sands for rehabilitation, and our experience was truly outstanding. From the moment she was admitted, the entire team went above and beyond to provide compassionate, high-quality care. The nursing staff is absolutely fabulous—attentive, kind, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Glendanurse, charge nurse Kemska and Danielle nurse who was incredibly caring and professional, making my aunt feel safe and supported every day. The leadership team also deserves recognition—DON Lynn and ADON Laraine were exceptional, always present, responsive, and clearly dedicated to maintaining excellent standards of care. We also had a great experience with Enrique charge nurse who was always friendly , profesional and cooperative The therapy team was simply amazing—motivating, knowledgeable, and truly invested in my aunt’s recovery. Thanks to them, she made significant progress during her stay. Overall, everyone at Nursing Home The Sands was wonderful. We are very grateful for the care and attention my aunt received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation services.

This place is horrible! You think because of the location it would have better upkeep but don’t be fooled by the location. My dad had the unfortunate experience of being in this place for about three months and it was a horrible experience. On numerous occasions I went to visit my dad and he was laying in urine. And not just oh, maybe he just had an accident and they haven’t gotten to him yet, no, I’m talking about his sheets had old rings of dried urine that appeared to be days old. I had to go find a nurse to clean him up and they acted like they were being bothered. My dad is always cold so I bought him several fluffy blankets so that he could remain warm and I found him with thin sheet that was soaked with piss! When I inquired about the blankets I found them wrapped in a garbage bag wreaking of piss, they hadn’t even washed them. They stole his chargers, his clothes went missing. I kept having to buy new stuff. And even when he was discharged they sent him home with no meds and a trash bag with soiled and shitty clothes. Two of his fluffy blankets were gone to who knows where. If you have a choice DO NOT put your parent there. If it was possible to give them zero stars I would.

I love the staff they are all so friendly and you can tell they are passionate about taking care of their patient. The place is very clean and put together. As well as their patients are kept happy and healthy. Great location. Right near south Beach/Southpoint. Parking can definitely be an issue. But they have some reserved spaces.
