(HHA-Loraine) This has been happening since a long time ago but no one has said anything about it because of them been scared of losing their job. I really don't know how they have unprofessional HHA techs working there with no education, values and respect for others specially for their manager. I was surprised seen her act and talk the way she did it. Her name is Loraine, she was talking bad things about Yulna, she is always demanding other people (HHA techs the ones they sent from the other company) to do things like if she herself is the manager. Other techs go there to help not to do whatever she tells them to do, and some of them dont even want to go there just so they dont have to deal with her rudeness(Loraine's); because the main boss is Yulna not her, Yulna is such a sweet great helpful person, super adorable. Loraine keeps saying horrible things about Yulna all the time, she barely works she is always walking around talking on the phone in the restrooms with her airpods. On monday she said Yulna was serious because she hadn't got la.. the night before, and talking like that in front of the other co-workers is really disrespecftul. I really appreciate the manager because she is amazing and listening to Loraine talk so bad about Yulna is a disgrace. Hope they get to fix that daily problem.

Miami Jewish Health and the team there have been amazingly helpful for my Dad. He recently completed two weeks at sub acute rehab care there. Jodi and the team in the Toppel South building were incredibly helpful to him and his recovery. Arlynes, Miriam and the entire team at the Hazel Cypen tower have been helpful and supportive through his application process and transition to assisted living. Thank you to all of you.

My experience with Miami Jewish Health Rehabilitation Center has been truly memorable. I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate care and support provided by Jennifer Londono, social worker at Miami Jewish Health, especially in the care of my 91-year-old loved one. From the very beginning, she demonstrated genuine kindness, professionalism, and a deep commitment to the well-being of both her patients and their families. It’s the best!!! My stay in rehab has been going so well. Special thanks to My Nurse, Jodi K., RN whose smile lights up a room. She is kind and gracious. She explains everything in terms that I understand and is always there to hold my hand during those tough days. She is one of a kind. My CNA, P. Jenkins is kind and always helpful. I can’t say enough about Dr. Alzugaray. She is top notch. What a great team Miami Jewish has on One Toppel South.
