My 98 year old mom was just transferred there from the hospital, where her treatment wasn’t always the best. The nurses and staff who we’ve met at Sandgate were all caring, compassionate, and personable. I’ve known the medical director for years, and she is our entire family’s doctor/NP, including my mom. With her in charge, I know the patients there are receiving the best possible medical care. The building isn’t brand new, but the building isn’t treating the patients.

Great little skilled nursing facility in the heart of Fort Pierce! The front entrance was neat and well kept! The young lady at the front desk Jazmin was super polite. The admission staff Sheena was super welcoming upon entering the facility. Therapy is the best! They have all kinds of equipment and super knowledgeable AND adaptable to everyone’s needs! Most of the residents were doing some active in the dinner area with a performer which was awesome to see. Was pleasantly surprised at how nice this place was upon entering.

To: All of Sandgate Gardens Rehab Staff. THANK YOU! ❤️A tremendous Thank You for all you did for me while I was on your facility! I came with a lot of fear of the unknown (anxiety,apprehension). I can truly say that I’m leaving with “Total Admiration, love and Gratefulness and Gratitude!” It was takes special people to do the kind of work you do daily, nightly…Always! Appreciate every aspect of my care! Even though I am going home I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.🙏 May you be blessed as I was! My grandmother has been in several different care facilities over the years, and I have never experienced a place quite like Sandgate. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and supported. The Director of Nursing has been truly outstanding and shows genuine care for the residents, which means a lot to our family. The nurses have also been attentive, kind, and professional every time we visit. It is clear that the team here takes pride in what they do and truly cares about the well being of the people they serve. Seeing my grandmother treated with such compassion and respect gives our family great peace of mind.

My name is Robert Wilson. And I was at Sandgate Gardens, rehab and nursing center. I just checked out today. My experience with this place was magnificent. Everyone was courteous and nice to me and treat me like family when I was getting ready to be discharged my social worker Tonya Gamble was so professional. And nice to me on my recovery process the nurses and the staff was so nice and professional. Not to mention activities those ladies really made our day Guerline and Sebrena did an awesome job with putting a smile on our faces every day good music, good activities it was never a dull moment there once again, thank you Sandgate Gardens for everything that you have done to help me in my recovery process. I highly recommend this place
