If you’re loved ones can’t care for themselves this is the wrong place for them.CNAs are very sloppy and dirty with the patients they clean there soiled patients with linen and towels and patients go without baths if it’s a male they don’t get shaved my loved one got Scabies there because he was not getting bathed.. Terrible Performance by this Facility

All was calm and very much in order. We were very professionally greeted. Care staff was very courteous and friendly.

The two outside areas of the manor where the residents spend time outdoors are uninviting and unwelcoming. Potted trees and flowers are needed and a community garden would be a nice ongoing activity I'm sure some of the residents would enjoy participating in who enjoy gardening activities and others could just enjoy having a beautiful and welcoming spaces to relax and enjoy. For some this is their last home so why not make these areas nice for all to enjoy? One of the areas is the first visitors see upon entry of the manor and if It's uninviting to us I can imagine how the residents and staff feel. Please address this as It's much needed and the residents deserve to have better and more to look at besides a concrete jungle.
