The front desk supervisor for radiology for chest x ray was unprofessional and lazy. She was quick to tell me I had no appointment even though a staff member before and after found it.

I have been waiting for 15 minutes for the pharmacy to have someone help me. They say they open at 9:00am its 9:15am and no one has helped me.

Came into emergency room and glad I did. They helped me quickly, had great service, guided me through insurance coverage, and overall had a great experience and felt cared for. I’d recommend this hospital and their staff if you’re looking for a great hospital in San Mateo.

Let it be known throughout the United States. San Mateo Medical Center is a noble house of healing, where every patient is welcomed with mercy, kindness, and respect. Its physicians, nurses, and staff serve with exceptional care and honor. Truly, this is an excellent hospital, worthy of the highest praise.
