My 82 year old spouse has Parkinson’s. SDHCGs has always been responsive to our needs, always helpful, supportive, and never failed to provide us with a competent caregiver. They continue to be one of our most important health resources.

I called San Diego Home Caregivers to help my mother with daily chores following her surgery. From the initial assessment, I was impressed with the thoughtfulness that Sterling showed conducting an at home interview. He really took the time to thoroughly understand not just my mom’s physical needs, but her personality for finding a good match with the right caregiver. We totally lucked out with the caregiver chosen. She truly set the platinum standard—compassionate, reliable, diligent and an all-around exceptional person. May everyone needing care be so fortunate! What began as post-surgical support turned into over a 10 year relationship, which speaks volumes about both her dedication and the agency’s ability to make a strong match. Throughout our time with them, communication was consistently prompt. Anytime we had a question or concern, they responded quickly and helpfully. Our family is grateful for the care my mom received and recommend this agency to anyone looking for attentive, quality home care with a personal touch.

I cannot say enough good about caregivers from this San Diego home health team. From day one, they showed compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness in caring for my step-father. They go above and beyond to make sure every detail is taken care of — from daily routines to emotional support — which has given my Mom and I incredible peace of mind. Communication is excellent, the staff is reliable, and it truly feels like they care for clients as if they were their own family. Sterling and his team at San Diego Home Caregivers are gems. When my 97-year-old mother broke her shoulder, Sterling gave special attention to the people who might fit well with her personality and her needs. Both Gayle and Julia perfectly fit the bill. They were caring and attentive and playful with my mom. She felt safe and happy to be with them while recuperating in her home. The team was always checking in to make sure things were going the right direction. I cannot give them a higher recommendation. I believe my Mom recuperated more quickly because of the affectionate, professional care she received.
