the folks at St. Francis took great care of my mother. They are a very rare case where the staff and level of care are both exceptional in a medicaid facility.

This place was a gem that the VA found for my father in Richmond, Va. He loves it here. All the staff has been friendly and willing to help. The meals are prepared fresh daily. The building is clean. Anytime I call, I am able to get someone on the phone.
