My dad was at Sage Oak after a negative experience at another place. The staff to resident ratio at Sage oak is very good. My dad had dementia that slowly worsened over a year and a half. My mom had passed in 2024 and dad was depressed. The staff at Sage Oak was most encouraging and able to get my dad out of his room, participating in activities and laughing and enjoying life. He was the happiest he had been in a long time. I felt like he was cared for and loved! We felt like part of a family. It truly is a wonderful place. After only 2 months at Sage Oak, my dad passed. We were heartbroken not only that he passed but that we would not see the folks at Sage Oak as much anymore. I highly recommend you go take a tour!! Oh and the food is EXCELLENT!!!❤️❤️

We were so thankful to find Sage Oak Colleyville for my dad. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this place was different. Loe met with us for more than an hour to understand my dad’s specific needs for care and how Sage Oak could be a good fit for him. As we entered the home to tour, Loe greeted each resident and knew their story. Residents stopped to talk with us and they were able to tell us what they loved about Sage Oak. I knew immediately we had found my dad a new home. Loe even offered to tour my sister on the weekend to accommodate her schedule. Moving dad in and seeing him so well-cared for was a bonus. From the director to the chef to the care staff, we were thoroughly impressed with Sage Oak. Take time to put this tour on your list.

Sage Oak was a very accommodating place for my father-in-law. The facility was very clean and it felt like home. The nurses treated him like family and were very attentive to his needs.
