Everyone at Sabal Palms shows care and respect for their residents. We had an unfortunate experience at another facility in the area and while moving was difficult it has been a million times better for our family. I’m so grateful for the kindness and genuine concern the staff shows toward all the residents. Highly recommend

Staff is friendly, respectful and attentive. The facility is well kept , clean and offers books, puzzles, live music and other activities. I feel confident that my friend will do well in rehab and be back on her feet and back home as soon as possible.

Here’s a polished review you can use or adjust as you like: ⸻ We are so deeply grateful for the exceptional care our mom received from the care givers at Sabal Palms. I especially want to highlight 2 that I interacted with the most: Nurse Melissa and CNA Kaitlyn. Both women demonstrated a rare combination of compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness that brought great comfort to our entire family. Melissa had an incredible ability to understand our mom’s needs—even when we couldn’t. We affectionately called her “the patient whisperer,” and it truly felt like a gift to have someone so attentive and intuitive caring for her. Kaitlyn was equally special. The gentleness in the way she spoke to and cared for our mom gave us such peace. She treated her as if she were her own grandmother, and that meant more to us than words can express. They didn’t just care for our mom—they cared for all of us as we walked through the difficult process of letting go of someone so deeply loved. Their presence brought comfort, dignity, and even care for the family during a very emotional time. We also appreciated the beautiful courtyard space, which allowed us to spend meaningful, quiet moments with our mom outdoors. We will always be thankful for Melissa and Kaitlyn and the rest of the staff with the love they showed our family. ⸻

The place is very clean inside with large entry and hallways. Many coves for places to have private time. Outside garden with gazebo is quite large. Staff has been friendly and responsive. Meals are quite large and a bit on the better side of institutional food. A good variety of meals. All the therapy has been excellent.

My husband needed a rehab after being hospitalized with pneumonia. He’s also in the early stages of dementia. At first, he went to a different one that was a hell hole. He was never showered shaved or dressed. It broke my heart, and I quickly got him out of there and brought him home. Unfortunately, he relapsed and had to go back to the hospital. This time they sent him to Sabal Palms for rehab and the difference is night and day. They take such good care of him. They call me anytime he needs anything or his medication‘s change. He has regular physical and occupational therapy. When I can’t reach him by phone, I can call his nurse and they will go into his room and call me from his phone so I’ll be able to talk to him. If there’s something on TV that I know he would like to see, I call the nurse and they will change the channel so he doesn’t miss it. Everyone looks like they’re happy to be working there. The place is immaculate. They shower and shave him three times a week. They make sure he is dressed every day. If you’re looking for a place that will take good care of someone you love, make sure you check out Sabal Palms. You won’t be disappointed.
