A family member received excellent care here. The staff was fantastic, friendly and supportive, understanding and very helpful throughout her stay. The facility was clean and well kept. Thanks for the excellent service!!

I recently was working with a family and went to the facility for a tour. Gretchen Brooks showed us around and explained what the patient would receive as far as rehab and nursing care. I was impressed by her knowledge and the friendliness of the staff during the tour. I also took notice of the cleanliness of the residents as well as the space. My client was very pleased with his treatment and outcome and I will definitely continue to use this facility as one of my preferred.

Working with the staff at Runnells has been a great experience! The facility is beautiful. From my first visit, it was clear that the people who work there have compassion, empathy, and work towards providing the best care for their residents. Communication and follow-up is efficient and they do what's best for the care of the residents.
