This place is terrible. They have misplaced all my family members clothes. If you buy something and bring it in, they give it to someone else. His blankets have been taken, lost. The nurses on duty are always sitting on their phones. My sibling has lost 40lbs in 9 months. The care is the worst. To many things to list. I’m happy we found a different place.

I am a current resident at Ruan' Garden, and want to share my thoughts. As a Disabled Veteran, I have been bounced around to multiple end of life facilities, and Ruan's is by far THE BEST! The entire staff is compassionate, professional, and well trained. Dot - The Manager just personally brought her gift of Holiday Treats for those of us who wanted/are allowed to have some. Such a small act of kindness/compassion just turned my sad/stressful day around. Thank You to the ENTIRE Team here at Ruan's Garden.

Having been to a few care facilities, we ended up having my mother stay at Ruan's Garden for the end of her life. I appreciate all of the personalized care my mom received. They were very hospitable and kind and my family always felt at home there when we were able to visit. My mom felt at ease, comfortable and most importantly, safe. That put our minds at ease knowing she was happy. Two of the ladies even went to my mom's funeral. We highly recommend Ruan's for anyone in need.
