I spent time at this rehabilitation center recently and want to acknowledge the many staff members who made a positive difference in my recovery. Nurse Martha and Nurse Anne were consistently kind, attentive, and responsive. PT Steven and OT Michelle were skilled, motivating, and essential to my progress. Caseworker Allen was supportive and helpful in navigating next steps. Most of the staff treated me with compassion and professionalism, and I’m truly grateful for their dedication. However, I did have one extremely troubling experience with a doctor during my stay. The interaction was upsetting enough that I felt compelled to formally document it. It was not consistent with the level of care I received from the rest of the team. Despite that incident, the majority of the staff provided excellent care, and I sincerely appreciate those who supported me through my recovery.

If you want to come somewhere where people care about you this is the place all staff attend to you without a problem administration will help you with whatever you need while there and after you go home. Food is good I gained the weight needed and I'm leaving healthier My rehab went well I am walking better then I came in.

The Royal WoodMill Nursing staff is phenomenal! All of the members from nursing, social services, nutrition and recreation are knowledgeable, caring and professional. The care provided to my family member is by far THE BEST! We are eternally grateful and thankful!

Both of my grandparents were residents at Woodmill, and the care they received was truly exceptional. From the moment they arrived, we felt they were in compassionate and capable hands. Every member of the team—nurses, CNAs, dietary staff, and the activities department—played a vital role in making their final years comfortable, dignified, and filled with moments of joy. My grandmother especially loved the onsite salon, where she always felt pampered and beautiful. The staff provided a wide range of activities thoughtfully designed for residents with dementia, and she was able to participate in meaningful ways that brought her happiness and comfort. My grandfather, though no longer mobile, was still included in activities and never made to feel left out. The effort the team put into making sure every resident was engaged, regardless of ability, was something we deeply appreciated. Woodmill provided not just care, but a true sense of home. We’re forever grateful for the love and respect shown to both of my grandparents during their time there. May they both rest in paradise, knowing they were truly loved—by us and by you.
