I use to live here and was discharged almost two months ago. Living here was the worst experience of my life! The majority of the CNA'S were friendly to my roommates but for no reason always giving me an attitude! The food was so bad that I suffered a stomachache and even vomited. After a short while they refused to give me a anymore physical therapy and even started blaming me for the fact that I couldn't walk! All the social workers are of no help at all. The worst one is the boss by the name of Irena! She promised she was going to help me move into a nursing home near my home but she lied to me! Another person that was very dishonest with me is a person referring to herself ad Dr. K. Once I caught her lying about the physical therapist and she just laughed! Another time I told her about a CNA that I disliked so Dr. K promised that nurse would no longer be assigned to me. Once again Dr. K lied because that very same CNA that I despised ended up assigned to me again. Anytime I also had other issues Dr. K would end up making excuses for this lousy facility!

The food is so disgusting that I had suffered a stomachache. They offered very little physical therapy and had the nerve to say it was my fault I couldn't walk! There is a person by the name of Dr K that would often talk to me. Whenever I would tell her about the problems I was experiencing she would end up just making excuses for this lousy place! The staff wouldn't even help me find another facility near my home. Once again. Royal Palms is awful and should be shut down as soon as possible!

Everything I was there for 4 1/2 years and I couldn't wait to get out I was robbed I was unconscious I was taken to the hospital when I came back I had about $1200 in my wallet that was stolen I also had a echo 58 echo eight from Amazon that was taken everything I had was going through that was just what I wanted occasion on another occasion I was they put a person in a room with me when I had Covid and he has some kind of bugs on and I was I got his bugs all over me I couldn't stop itching they finally after after a week and a half they called the dermatologist and he did a test with the cup in the other thing but anyway he did a test and have to give me all kinds of medicine cream and injections they refuse medical attention when the shower chair broke and taking a shower in the shower the shower chair broke and they refused me back attention I don't recommend it to anyone

Facility is clean, staff are very friendly. Staff have has been there for years.

I had a great experience in this beautiful building, the staff here are amazing and caring. Great team overall. I recommend it if you or a love one need a skilled nursing facility.
