I was there for short term rehab after breaking both ankles. Day and evening nursing staff were great. With the exception of a couple of CNAs the night shift need customer service training. Rehab department was outstanding. Housekeeping was great. Food was ok. Big shoutout to Amanda the unit manager. She does a great job. Thanks to Maura, Laurie, Soddy, T,Meagan and Kristen for the care they provided to me. Thanks to Mark, Lynn, Josh, Emma, Brittany and Jessica from rehab for getting me back on my feet again! I work in long term care and I would recommend to friends or family.

3 different people I know have stayed here for “rehabilitation”. There is a lack of care. No changing, cleaning or getting the proper rehab ie PT or OT. All 3 had serve decline while in the care of royal. Personal items went missing. Food that was ordered never made it to rooms but was delivered. Serve lack of care ended up with bed sores and an infection needed to be treated at mass general. Staff is sitting at front desk on phones everytime I entered. But patients are not being rotated and are sitting In Severely soiled attire. Please do better for the people you care for. They do not have another life to live.

Things were missing when I came to collect my father's belongings after his death. Management and staff swore up and down the items were in the bag of his belongings I was given; and quickly became dismissive. I stood in the lobby for over an hour waiting for someone to come speak with me. Why would I say things were missing if they weren't? I wasn't looking for money, just the things in question. It hurts to this day.

This facility is very clean and professionally run. The administrator is top notch . She has an open door policy, any problem you have she will handle it until you are satisfied . Outstanding!!

My mom has been admitted to this facility a few times. All of the staff was incredible. From administration to CNAs, Nurses, activities, to the rehab department. Nurses on unit were very informative and accommodating. All staff members were so kind and made her visit very pleasant. She came home stronger and happier than ever. A big plus was that they allowed us to bring her dog which was so nice because it kept my mother’s spirits up during her recovery. Thank you Royal of Falmouth. Keep doing what you’re doing!
