Timely service.I was able to get a same day appointment. The wait was average for one new tire, an oil change and new wiper blades. I am visiting from out of town, so I appreciate the quick turnaround.

Somebody give Ieshia her flowers now. Today was my first visit there. I literally stopped her mid-task to ask for help, and she didn’t flinch. She exceeded every expectation as a representative of Roswell Center for Nursing. First time ever, I would actually recommend a facility! Kudos!

I am extremely disappointed with the way the May 12, 2026 open house event at Roswell Nursing and Rehab was handled by the administration and marketing team. What should have been a positive community event turned into a very unorganized and embarrassing experience for residents and their families.There appeared to be a complete lack of communication and clear instruction given to staff regarding the event. Residents, family members, and even members of the community were not properly included or able to participate in what was supposed to be a major marketing opportunity for the facility. I believed the purpose of an open house was to welcome the community, highlight the care provided, and build trust with potential new residents and families. Instead, the event reflected poor leadership and confusion.Most upsetting was the way my mother was treated by the administrator. She was spoken to in a demeaning and condescending tone over a situation that was clearly caused by administration failing to properly organize and communicate expectations to staff beforehand. No resident or family member should ever be made to feel humiliated, especially in a healthcare facility where dignity and compassion should come first.What made the situation even more unprofessional was the administrator refusing to take accountability and instead placing blame on another resident. Rather than acknowledging the confusion and offering a sincere apology to my mother, responsibility was avoided entirely. That response says a lot about the leadership and culture within this company.Patients are human beings and deserve to be treated with dignity, empathy, and respect at all times. As a family member, I should never have to worry about whether my mother is being treated respectfully when I am not present. Until there are serious improvements in leadership, communication, and empathy training for administration and staff, I cannot support this company or recommend this facility to others.

I had a great experience at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. The administration staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. The facility has been recently remodeled and looks amazing—clean, updated, and very welcoming. One thing that really stood out to me is that there was no unpleasant odor when entering the building, which speaks volumes about the level of care and cleanliness maintained here. Overall, a very positive environment for residents and visitors alike.

I would like to recognize Glenda Hill at Roswell Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility for the outstanding care, dedication, and compassion she shows to the residents every single day. Glenda truly goes above and beyond to make sure the residents receive the care and attention they deserve. One thing that really stands out is how committed she is to ensuring residents make it to their medical appointments — whether within the facility or at outside medical offices. She stays on top of the details, coordinates carefully, and makes sure everything runs smoothly so the residents receive the care they need without added stress. What makes Glenda so special is that she genuinely cares. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism make families feel comfortable knowing their loved ones are in good hands. She treats the residents with dignity and respect, and it’s clear that their well-being is always her priority. Healthcare needs more people like Glenda — compassionate, reliable, and truly dedicated to the people she serves.
