Shady and unprofessional business practices

I went to look at an apartment. Celeste was professional as well as friendly. She took me to see a big one bedroom in which I hope to get when my lease is up where I live now. I ask questions and she seemed knowledgeable also answered all my questions. As I sat with her for a few minutes a couple of the residents came to talk to her and she listened to what they said, and made an appointment for them later after she would be done with me. The residents that I saw her interact with seem to really like her. Seems she is an asset to this property.
