Rosewood Court

Rosewood Court is an affordable housing community for low-income seniors ages 62 and older located in Pasadena, California and the greater Los Angeles area. The community consists of 65 one-bedroom apartments designed to provide accessible, dignified housing for qualifying residents.

The community is managed by HumanGood, which maintains a policy of non-discrimination in housing and provides reasonable accommodations for residents with disabilities. Management works through a process of dialogue and problem-solving to evaluate accommodation requests and ensure that residents with disabilities can fully use and enjoy their apartments and common areas.

Residents are permitted to keep common household pets in their apartments, and service or assistance animals are also welcome. Pet rules are in place to maintain a safe and sanitary living environment, addressing registration, inoculation, waste disposal, and restraint in common areas. Management does not apply pet rules to assistance animals or their owners, though residents remain responsible for the care and maintenance of their animals.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. Residents are required to sign a non-smoking agreement covering both their apartments and all common areas of the community.
