It is a bit uneasy here, the nurses don't listen when you ask them something, instead they get very upset at you for asking.

My uncle has been here for some years now, I go and see him a couple times a week. I really appreciate the front door staff, they are really nice. My issue is that my uncle is not being properly tended to. He has a colostomy and a catheter bag. Since being in the new hall he was moved to, he has told me that the nurses make rude comments about the smell when he changes his colostomy bag and regularly are upset that they have to change his catheter bag. Today when I went, I almost slipped on what I thought was water. He told me that it was the urine coming from the catheter because the bag had a hole in it. The nurse knew about the hole and told him she was going to go look for another bag but she couldn't find one. So she just allow the urine to drip on the floor. Honestly he has complained to me before and I've gone and talked to the people who sit in the middle of the center behind the desk. I spoke to a Hispanic man about the nurses not giving him showers, the nurses making rude comments and how "Heather" told me that she will have him switched back to the hall he was in when he first came to the center after his quarantine was over from contacting an infection from his wounds. He told me he was going to go talk to my uncle, but he never did. Today was the last straw. I can't bare to see him being treated this way. It's awful. No one deserves to be treated this way.
