Terrible place. Highly recommend not sending any of your loved ones there. My mother was there. Left the hospital doing good and declined at this facility so fast she lost her life there… she would call me screaming needing help showing me she pressed her call light and it would take forever for someone to go check on her. Sometimes they wouldn’t at all. She didn’t receive the care she needed there and that’s what costed her her life

Really bad experience my brother was there for stroke recovery and him never received the fiscal therapy Miss kira and Miss Megan only wants they money they never care about my brother and him passed away last year.

Such an amazing place to send your loved ones for short term or long term care. Kira, that facility Administrator makes everyone feel included, welcomed and treated as if it were her own family member being cared for. She stands up for her residents, staff and goes above and beyond for all. Kira has truly made Rose Haven the place it is today. She strives for better daily and genuinely loves what she does! Always thinking of how RH can do better than yesterday and that patient care is at 110% at all times. Volare is lucky to have her on their team, leading this building into the greatness it is. June, in admissions makes the facility admit process easy, answers all questions anyone has and works hard to ensure a smooth and timely transition into RoseHaven. Always there to help how she can. Stacia, Director of Nursing is none other than a walking angel on earth, born to be a nurse and for the position she is in. She leads by example and is never too busy to step in and make sure her nurses or assistants feel supported. She cares for all residents with such gratitude and grace. I could continue to go on and on about the rest of the staff, but I think I have made it clear that they’re all amazing! This is not just a “nursing home”, but a place where residents matter and will always be put first, no matter what. So, send Granny and Papa or Auntie and Uncle to Rose Haven if you want the absolute best for them during their difficult and challenging time.

I hated it the physical therapist was a joke very pushy waiting forever for assistance had to call the front seat to get help food sucked i honestly wanted to complain to everyone they really where a prison I had court and they told me I couldn’t leave all the time forced med changes cause they moved me room continuing would never send my worst enemy there

The Rosehaven rehabilitation center was an exceptional experience for my mother. Well, at least from my standpoint as her support advocate from having a communicating team from the beginning with cherish and Karen to a communicating team at discharge every single staff member except for one nurse was gentle and thorough and always willing to go the extra mile to help my mother be comfortable. Nikki, the nighttime nurse was my favorite and I’d have to say it was Sam as my favorite for daytime. The building might be older, but the place was alive with seasonal decorations, smiles, and an excellent rehab rehabilitation team. Thank you, Rosehaven for a successful rehabilitating and healing time for my mother. !
