Rose Haven at Merrimack is an excellent facility! It's clear they genuinely care about providing a safe, welcoming, and compassionate environment for their residents. Finding a place where people are treated with kindness, dignity, and respect is so important, and it's great to know there are dedicated staff who work hard to make a positive difference every day. Rose Haven is a great community. Their staff truly cares about each resident and the building is run with a true home feel. Management is very responsive and communicates well with family concerns.

Rose Haven should be shut down. The food is terrible, there are no activities. The millionaire owner does not care about the residents. It’s a profit making business for him.
