My mother has been at the Rose Garden for 3 months now as a LTC resident. My mother who has dementia seems to remember the names of most of who care for her. Whenever I visit she’s always clean, dressed well and my mom interacts well with the staff. ALL of the activity staff treat my mother like family. The nurses and nurses aides are on top of everything there. My mother especially loves Elizabeth and this is the first time in years I can sleep through the night knowing she’s being taken care of. My mother has been in multiple rehabs over the years for various reasons and there is not a facility that comes close to the Rose Garden. They have so many different activities and events - they are well thought out and planned events. The owner is very very involved with the residents and provides entertainment as well. It really is like a 5 star hotel. Very pleased with the Rose Garden and grateful that my mom is being cared for there. ❤️

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This place came highly recommended, but neither Megan or Kelly has returned any of our calls to date regardless if they have a bed available or not. We were looking to have mom start a slower sub-acute rehab after her stroke and recent neglect at another facility, but crickets! Healthcare in this country is beyond doomed unless you live in Minnesota!

We got lucky!! I’m so grateful to the whole staff at Rose Garden! My Mom had been receiving sub par care at another Sub Acute Rehab after a fall and hospital stay! Luckily, I was able to transfer Mom to Rose Garden!! I, along with all of my siblings live/work out of State so I had a huge sigh of relief to know she was now in good hands! I can’t stress enough that the difference between Rehabs was night and day! The skilled staff, the facility, the food, the attention, the thoughtfulness in all they do make an immense difference. Thank you for caring for my Mom while I was unable to be there for her!

My 95 year old mother suffered a stroke at the end of August and was being discharged from an acute care facility to a sub-acute. I researched the facilities in the area, read reviews, reviewed government data, asked healthcare workers for recommendations and visited several facilities. In the end I chose to have her admitted to Rose Garden for rehab and I was thrilled with my choice. The entire staff, nurses, physical, speech & occupational therapists, social workers, receptionists and the owner Shawn were incredibly kind, caring and compassionate. After three weeks she was doing well and transferred to an assisted living facility. There is a huge difference between a privately owned facility and one owned by a group of investors. Do your research and consider Rose Garden for your loved one’s care.

This place is amazing. From administration, to nurses, to aids, to housekeeping, to food and beverage, to RnM, to IT department, simply amazing. My mom was in another facility prior to moving to Rose Garden, and its night and day. The hospitality is awesome. The staff is always welcoming, positive, hardworking, caring, loving, professional. My stress level from previous facility to Rose Garden went from a 10 to a 2. I literally thank God daily that my mom is here.
