This place should close down!!! The staff are always on their phones. The clients are in the hallways hanging out of their wheelchairs and look like zombies. It smells horrible, the food is horrible, the staff are absolutely no help. I could go on and on but that will be in my report to the state. My loved ones will never be in this place.

If my mom was given the same amount of attention as the staff spent looking at the cell phone, she would have been able to recover much faster. The floor in her room was cleaned ONE time in 4 weeks, the food is horrible. This place needs a complete state inspection. The location is great but everything inside this place is subpar. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

Roosevelt is a small, home-like facility. The staff are friendly, the food is great, and there is a great activity program in place. Staff are always eager to help and friendly when prompted with questions. I am overall very impressed with the care my loved one is getting here. Since moving to Roosevelt, he has shown improvement all around!

We are extremely happy with the care my father-in-law/father is receiving at the Roosevelt Park Nursing home. He is very happy there. The staff is excellent. They are friendly and very responsive to any questions that we have. My father-in-law/father is always upbeat and well groomed whenever we go to see him. He will also tell us that the food is good when we visit. Thank you so much Roosevelt staff!
