Rolling Hills Independent Living truly sets the bar for exceptional senior living. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking independent living at its finest! From the moment we toured the community, we were impressed by the thoughtful amenities—three delicious meals a day, on-site services like a hair salon, gym, theatre, and a diverse calendar of engaging activities. The residents form a vibrant and welcoming community, making it feel like home from day one. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful for the care and respect my mother receives. The team at Rolling Hills is outstanding: Cindy, the head sales executive, is informative, honest, and truly invested in the well-being of every resident. She was our guiding light throughout the process and made our transition seamless. Joanna, the concierge, and Troy, the manager, consistently go above and beyond to make every resident and family feel secure, valued, and at home. Thanks to the professionalism and genuine kindness from the entire team, our family enjoys peace of mind knowing my mother is safe, happy, and thriving. My in-laws had a very traumatic experience which coincided with their move into Rolling Hills - my father-in-law fell ill with a terminal condition and died 3 months later. Although RH is an independent living community, the presence of Pleasantry Home Care and P.A.R.C. Hospice made it possible for my in-laws to stay together until the end. My in-laws had established roots prior to their move-in by driving to the facility twice a day for meals, and the community was extremely supportive. Troy and Melanie (the management team, and Joanna, too) bent over backwards to help our family in every way they could, from transporting my MIL to the rehab facility, to providing the well-appointed guest suite, to allowing our family to congregate in the conversation room, to being emotionally supportive to my MIL when our family could not be there (most of us live out of town). After my FIL passed away, they informed my MIL that, "this is her home," and allowed us to sit shiva (Jewish mourning tradition) in a wonderful space on the second floor. The facility is beautiful, and the residents are warm and friendly. They are enveloping my MIL with consolation and caring. It is truly her home and her community, and we are very grateful she moved there.

My mother was recently a resident at Rolling Hills but we had to move her to a different facility due to the HORRIBLE management!!! The managers Michael and Laura are the most unprofessional and disrespectful people I have ever experienced. The only time we saw them act even half way nice, or like they were correctly doing their job, was one time and we were informed that someone from corporate was visiting. Other wise they made every experience terrible with their attitudes and lack of professionalism. There is absolutely noway either of them should be working with the public, let alone with the elderly. They are rude to the residents and do not make sure their needs are met! Something needs to be done about the two of them before someone is hurt due to their lack of acknowledgment and care for the residents.

My mother and father moved into rolling hills last March and it has been a God sent. Micheal and Laura ensures that the facility is well maintained. The events for my parents are always top notch. My parents feel safe and always welcomed. Thank you both for your commitment to the residence and families.
