Our experience with Jeanne my mom's physical therapist was very good. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She also was good at communicating and keeping us informed on appointments. She helped my Mom a lot.

Jevin has been great to work with! He has gone above and beyond helping my uncle, who is very sick and currently on Hospice, regardless of the circumstances. He truly cares and works hard to make my uncle’s last days as comfortable and meaningful as possible. He is always helpful, compassionate, and communicates so well. We are very thankful for him and for the amazing care from Rocky Mountain Home Care & Hospice!

I've been participating in home therapy for two months after fracturing my hip. My home care team Caitlin PT and Lisa OT have been very helpful and friendly. I feel better when they come and have been really happy with my team and services. I would recommend to anyone

This is my family's fifth time of having Rocky Mountain Home Health. We've had some very serious issues my husband and I both and they are amazingly incredible. We always ask for them and we especially ask for the same team. We've had Josh as our RN and he's incredible we've had Chris who's our occupational therapist and he teaches us things that he never occurred to us would be helpful without Chris I wouldn't know how to get in and out of the bed or any of the real practical things and we've had two different physical therapists the first one was another Josh and he was really amazing and would take the time to like play a game if we needed a little distraction or and usually that was like after work. And the last two times and then now again is Tina and she's the most amazing physical therapist I've ever seen she is firm she knows if you haven't been doing the things she told you to do but she is so patient and so kind but very dedicated to making sure her patients get better. I love this company so much and have recommended them to the surgeons and everybody that is in need of Home Health. They are fabulous. And when we've had to use the 24-hour nurse in the middle of the night that was always a really easy and good experience as well so they are full service I'll tell you.

Okay we are currently doing home health with my mom Eleanor hopes and I Brian willden . We have a nurse named Sarah that comes out once a month and she has really showed great concern about both my mom and I. She has been able to get us hooked up with some different health avenues like in the process were looking for a physical therapist for me . They do call every so often and check on my mom she's going through bladder cancer treatment . Sarah has been able to get us a a P.A. his name is Adam and we can call him anytime we feel like we need something . Sarah has also told us we could call her anytime if needed So long story short we're very pleased with your business and your help everybody that has worked with us. They have been very professional and serious about our health well-being so continue with them as long as possible We Appreciate it and appreciate you letting them see Eleanor Hopes and I Brian Willden.
