Stay away from this company. They do not care about you as a whole person. They create confusion and take away you rights to say no. They are unsafe for someone with PTSD. They create confusion and do not respect your wishes or your own doctors wishes. They force their agenda and force you see their own choice of doctors making appointments with other doctors against. Even my own doctors said they do this and they are difficult to work with. My feelings are they are scamming Medicare

Encompass was amazing! We want to thank Erica, Brianna, Marie, Char, Jen, Heidi, Brandon and Valerie for the care, compassion and support provided to our dad and our family during one of the most difficult time in our lives. • Erica, from the moment I contacted you on a Sunday afternoon, you were incredible. You made things happen quickly. Within approximately four hours the bed, oxygen tank and medication were delivered, and my dad arrived home from the hospital shortly after, where he could be comfortable and have his family at his bedside. • Brianna, you were there the moment he arrived. The compassion you showed and the time you took to explain to our family on what to expect over the coming days was clear and concise. The humor you brought helped in making a stressful situation much easier for us. • Marie, you came the first day he was home and the care you provided in bathing him and making him comfortable was so helpful. • Char (case manager), from the moment we met you, your caring and compassion for patients and families immediately stood out to us. The support you provided from the first day until the last day was incredible, we will never forget you. • Jen (CNA), there are not enough words to say how grateful and appreciative we are for your kindness and gentle touch you showed our dad. It meant so much to us and we know our dad loved having a fresh shave. • Heidi, you are adorable (and your hair, we all love your hair)! We could never have been able to move our dad or change the sheets without your knowledge and expertise. You also helped with the situation with the catheter, which was such a relief knowing he would be more comfortable. • Brandon and Pinkie, thank you for visiting our dad. Therapy dogs provide a sense of calmness and peace during a stressful and painful time, not only for the patient but for the family members as well. It was nice to speak with you and hear your analogy on how the body knows what it needs to do, from giving birth to leaving this earth. • Valerie, you were the last nurse to visit. We will never forget your kindness in the way you spoke to our dad and to us. You said to talk to him rather than talk about him, as the hearing is one of the last things to go. We did talk to him, reminiscing about all the fun times we have had. Our mom talked to him up to the last few minutes. She told him she would be right back and not to go anywhere and that is when he slipped away. It was like he was waiting to be alone. We hope you know how amazing each and every one of you are and the effect you have had our family. Nurses and caregivers are heroes and our family is so grateful for the assistance provided to us in making it possible to bring our dad home so that he could be with his family for his last days. The past year has not been easy on anyone, especially in the medical field. Saying thank you doesn’t feel like enough. You’re in our thoughts and prayers always. Thank you The Nageli Family

Encompass home hospice was a great company to work with. All of the nurses we dealt with were very professional and compassionate. Loved the aid Rachel she was so sweet with my brother. And Chris the social worker was exceptional! I would have liked the same nurse dealing with us throughout our process instead of seeing a lot of different nurses, but all of them were really great! Thank you.
