My mom was here for rehab after a hospital stay. She and the whole family agree that this is the best rehab center she's been in over a number of visits over 10 years at other places. She especially liked the great PTs.

Overall this place is amazing one of the best from other facilities. The food is great. Therapy is amazing and they really work with you to achieve your goals. The cna s are incredible. A few stood out some really have a passion for what they do. They really go the extra mile. Nohemi who is a cna really took care of my grandma. She Has the best personality. Really makes them feel cared for. She encouraged my grandma to get out of her room she was really feeling down and that helped her to engage with other patients there I would say this helped her in her recovery as-well as her not feeling depressed. The nurses are extremely professional Trina she is just so SWEET and CARING this two ladies have a passion for what they do. I would recommend this facility 100% percent for anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones.

The physical and occupational therapists were outstanding. The nurses were great. Beautiful facility that is so homey and warm. CNAs for the most part were good but there is a weakness there. Some of the CNAs did not do their job. My husband did not get his teeth brushed for over a week, not shaved for days. Totally unacceptable. SOME CNAs just cluster in an area and are on their cell phones while patients need attending too. Unacceptable.

Everything about Aspen Ridge West Transitional Rehab was above expectations. The staff was effective and friendly. Always plenty of staff on duty. The PT department was very good. They worked with me to get the most out of what I was allowed to do. The food was fantastic! That was the hardest thing to leave is the great variety of food always prepared just right. The facility is also just right. Not too big or small. Always very clean and well maintained. They made it very easy to stay.

Our loved one got great care at Aspen Ridge - West. Skyler, Elizabeth, and Jacob were amazing PT and OT specialists. All the nurses were outstanding so I will not name them individually. The CNAs took good care of her and Noemi in particular stood out. The cafeteria workers were very respectful of her individual cultural and dietary needs.
