This place is horrible. So many of the rooms have bedbugs. And they treat the residents like garbage. A few years ago, a resident fell and passed away -less than 24 hours later, all her stuff was up for auction! Stay away from here.

My MIL has been at Robson AI since April ... Not impressed ... Billed as 'luxury" living and caring environment ... Thank Goodness family is here to ensure my MIL gets what she pays for ... If 'care equates to profit', then Robson only cares for profit ...

George and I have been living here at RR for 4 months now and it has been a great blessing for us. We love everything about it and are thankful to everyone on staff in all areas of service. So pleasant and accommodating. Having watched this building being constructed and visiting friends here over the years there was no question where we would retire. A perfect choice.

After 46 years of marriage and the death of my husband, I did not want to live in a house by myself. I came to the Reserve three years ago and have loved every day here. There are so many activities, wonderful new friends, entertainment, classes, in-house physical therapy, hair and nail salon, great food, but most of all, the caring staff. I truly feel they are all a part of my family and the residents are treated as such. The newly remodeled facilities are gorgeous, the courtyards and grounds are always beautiful with fresh new flowers. I am living the life of luxury and loving it all. Thank you, Robson family, for providing this home for me!
