Residence are always getting there things stolen from there rooms, staff don't care about the resistance, my uncle went uncared for with his blood sugar to the point that he was hospitalized 3 different times. Staff broke his $750 laptop and admitted to braking it although the nursing home would only pay him $250 even though he could prove it's worth. He was supposed to be getting rehab although months went by before he got any rehabilitation. They don't pay there bills since they now owe me $500 for service's render and not a penny has been paid out for those services. Hardly ever answerers there phones. Refuses to give you there corporate information and when we tried to look up there corporate office you can't find any information on it. I would give this nursing home and rehabilitation center a 0 if that would have been an option.

My friend, Alieta E., seems to be getting the absolute professional care at this facility. My thanks to all of the nurses and staff

This is the worst place for rehab. I went straight there from hospital with a broken hip. When I got there my room was not ready, I had someone else belongs everywhere, no way to use bathroom not even to reach a light switch. I was left in pain for over 12 hours without any kind of pain meds. There was no way to get a nurse from 11pm to 7om the CNA would tell me the nurse couldn't be found. i needed a heating pad or hot packs for problems I have other than broken hip and was told doctor would have to order that.i was left there to hurt no one bothered to get an order for hot packs or permission for a heating pad. When I left the facility. I thought they were setting me with home health but no they were setting me up with a Doctor's nurse to come by and do only medications and nothing more which I did not need. I could and have done better at home and starting outpatient physical therapy.

I gave it a one star because I think you have to give it a star worst place do not put your loved one in there. My mom went to the hospital dehydrated twice because they don’t give her anything to drink unless it’s time to eat. they have some good staff, but most staff does not care

I would give zero stars if I could. My grandfather was admitted into the facility once his alzheimer’s got to the point that my grandmother could not take care of him anymore. We left him with many clothes and we put him name on everything from socks to shirts. We have had to buy more clothes for him a few times and bring them up there because his clothes keep disappearing ( and shoes). My grandfather was always healthy as a horse but he has been in and out of the hospital since being at Robinson. The nurses are rude the care for the patients in the 100 pod is horrible. They have patients walking around wearing anything and sometimes they are walking around barefoot. When I visit him the nurses are sitting down when I first get there then after we have been there for. few minutes they decide to get up and do there job. When my grandfather was in the hospital we noticed that his big toe nail was gone. The nursing home didn’t let us know that he had been injured. He has also fallen multiple times. He gets like 2 baths every two weeks when I visit him I notice a smell. My grandfather has always been overly hygienic and he has never smelt bad. One time we came up there and his diaper was full and we used the call button and nobody came I had to go hunt down a nurse. To add to this they shaved my grandfather head bald without letting us know. It has been many more incidents but I don’t feel the need to write anymore. I hate that he is in this facility. I would not recommend Robinson Nursing Home to anyone.
