CEO 1/10 stars. Doug Bentz is the worst thing to happen to healthcare- putting profits and appearance of things over actually providing good quality care. This is why patients are driving out of the way to avoid this place. Do NOT trust the ER or its providers and staff to treat you appropriately in an emergency or you’ll end up worse, at a bigger hospital, fixing the mistakes they did. Ask me how I know…

Worse hospital stay ive ever had. The nurses were sweethearts and took great care of me. The doctor talked over me, told me how I was feeling, and didnt listen to a word I said. They have no air-conditioning and was told there's no heat in the winter.

Our son had to go in for Gallbladder Surgery, on April 2....And although his 21 , he is Autistic and gets really anxious. The Outpatient Surgery Department was excellent with him, they let us stay until they came and got him and checked on him and us several times before that. They came and got us as soon as he was out from his operation...They were very patient and understanding, caring and passionate with him. I want to Thank Each and Every -Obe of them from the bottom of my heart.....I'm not great for remembering names ....But A Great Big shout out to Robin ❤️ You made our son feel safe when he was nervous and little scared and that was so compassionate and caring and he was more at ease ...which warms my heart ❤️
Thank You , again to The Outpatient Surgery Department for what you do.

Kulp family & Anthony

I am not one to leave ratings but as someone whom works in a hospital myself they are disrespectful. The lady I talked on the phone with as I was explaining what was going on because I was in PAIN proceeded to tell me that everything I told her went from one ear and out the other then proceeded to sarcastically tell me that the ER was open 24/7 I’m fully aware but I was seeking medical advice first.
