The Staff were all so nice, helpful and caring to my wife during her stay there for post-surgery rehabilitation! The CNA, Nursing, and Activities Staff all took really good care of her with her unique physical needs. And therapists Ken and Sandy, along with the CNA staff, worked extremely hard with my wife to help her get back on her feet and walk again! And the facility was always very clean!

The entire staff is kind and helpful all though understaffed a lot. They have been very good to my Dad. When there has been issues they have worked hard to resolve them. Would recommend!

My family member has been there going on 10 years. I am her sister and legal guardian. She cannot manage her medical care. She has been through five to six Administrators, within those 10 years. I have lost count. Some good some not so good. During that time staff has retired or moved on for better positions..you can never fault someone for doing better for their self and family. I miss some of them, however, I feel that this Administration and staff go above and beyond to learn and make things better for the residents and facility. I wish some of the CNAs that left could have experienced the pay they are receiving now. There job is so important and a difficult one. I was there today and as always, it looks and smells clean inside. The staff always speaks to me and they have a lot of new staff, I do not know them. I am learning. My family member is taken very good care of and likes the staff, residents and activities there. They keep her occupied, busy, clean, dry and well groomed. Medically she has done very well there. The facility is light, bright and cheerful. Today while doing activities, the music was playing and one of the activities staff was singing along with a beautiful voice..I was observing, which I always do and staff was interacting with the residents. Other family members were there with their family resident, residents were interacting with other residents. It was very enlightening. I wanted to stress to wherever this goes or whoever reads it, I have interacted with Administration, Nursing staff, Business office, Medical Records, Physical Therapy, Social Service and Activities since this new company has become the owner of CHCC and they have all been very helpful. It is a learning process for us all down to cleaning the wheel chair and the food menu. My family member had an appointment where she had to be transported in an ambulance, the scheduler of the ambulance made sure it was ok for me to ride in the ambulance with her to keep her calm, she had remembered how her blood pressure escalated and she was afraid the last time. It is those things that shows they care and mean so much. I am pleased and thankful for this facility today. Thank you for taking care of my loved one.

My husband was there for 6 months. It is a very nice facility and the staff was great. They took really good care of him and he also did physical therapy. Staff worked really hard to get him back to feeling like a human. We were able to leave and come back home after 6 months. The food was good. I ate with him usually at lunch when I was there. Again the staff was kind and friendly and I made some really good friends there that I will never forget. We are really grateful to have found this place and they had an opening. If I had to use the facility again I would.
