Been 2 years since I've rated this and still feel the same<br>Don't let the appearance nor the rating fool you please be sure to read every one of them majority of the rating is from staff or people that have known someone working there. My mom was sent there to recover and do physical therapy the nurses on board didn't give her meds on time, and sometimes not at all and this was directly from my mom due to this my mom became weaker I stayed at the facility for a whole day the nurses or nr came it check on her it was maybe 3 times. My mom was so much pain and everything when I went back day with my son my mom was not responding to us fully and her glucose detector went off it was too high and when I told 2 different rns they told me they're let the nurse know I didn't see anyone till an hour later and the checked her blood sugar it was over 300 it was then I told them she needs her medicine they staff just shrugged like there's nothing they can do my mom was not looking good so I had the nursecheck her vitals her blood pressure was so low and her heart was so high my brother and I had to get my mom out so she was taken to the hospital as I was there getting my mom's thing I even heard the nurse herself speaking to a staff person about my mom and her blood sugar was over 300 the day before and no body called me or or siblings about it when she went in she was ok even the next day she sat up when my sis and I brought the grandkids and now to do the lack of carelessness on the part of the facility our family had lost my mom by the time she went to the hospital it was too late she had to be on life support cause of not taking the medication she was suppose be taking her be taking cause this also when my mom went back to the hospital her blood sugar was 398 . They did everything they can but my mom was weak my family lost my mom too early I don't even want to give this place a one star rating cause it cost my mom's life so if anyone is reading this please if you dont leave your loved one here make sure she/had has all there meds please make sure that if there unable to move at that moment that they will be taken care of. Cause I don't want another family to go what our family been through and please be sure to make your loved ones stuff this with them at all times my moms favorite blanket was missing and it wasn't given back all we were told that they cant locate it which means someone stole it. I hope this post changes things for better cause our family going through it right now with our loss

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My mother was at this facility for 7 days. By the 6th day she was complaining about stomach pain (near her bladder) I let the nurse know what was going on and told her when my mother was in the ICU she was retaining urine. She then spoke to the CNA whom claimed that when she changed my mother she was wet and had urinated twice that day already and it was about 1pm. I insisted that the nurse place a catheter to see if she was retaining urine and sure enough they placed it and over 500CCs came out. My mother was then complaining about burning when trying to urinate, I then asked if they could do a urinalysis she had to get doctors approval but they eventually done one that day and said it came back negative. The following day my mother was rushed to the hospital due to her oxygen levels dropping and they claimed she was on 4 liters and not maintaining. Upon arriving to the hospital they placed her on oxygen and she was doing great on just 2 liters. Come to find out though she did have a severe UTI where she had to be admitted and placed on IV antibiotics for 5 days. Once she was discharged she was sent to a different facility, where we found out her pressure ulcer had more than doubled in size in 7 days! This is a dangerous place for your loved ones. Armando the lead is rude and difficult to understand. Shout out to Kayla she’s the amazing one there!

This place is horrible! They don’t come and rotate non mobile people, meds are ALWAYS late, they put my father on a nebulizer for a treatment and never came back to remove it 3 days in a row, I had to take it off of him. The CNA that was feeding my father’s roommate (who’s non verbal) was forcefully feeding him and shouting open your mouth, she spent about 10 minutes or less and then took the food and left. Most of the CNAs, LVNs and RNs speak very little English. Not good!
