This place is the worst! They make up their own rules. They don't care what the patient wants. When the patients speak up and advocate for themselves, clearwater says they are not of sound mind. The staff take patient personal cellphones for days at a time so they can not talk to family.

I have been at Clearwater for 3 weeks now the staff is great my cnas are awesome david stone is the best very cheerful and bright there when I need him and Martin my other cna is great to hear takes care of me so good always around when needed between the two of them I've never been taken better care of the pt department is wonderful they have me up and walking now very impressive thanks for all the help im getting

Giving this place a one-star review Once Again it is after 6:00 and nobody can answer the phone my mom needs one battery for her TV to work that's all she has for entertainment I am too far away to go to help her I keep calling and calling and trying to get help but nobody will answer the phone in the mailbox is full this place is a joke
